Section 13(2) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(2)The committees shall consist of such members of the Board, and of such other persons, if any, as the Board in each case think fit to appoint, and a nominee of the State Government in case of the Finance Committee.Provided that a person taken as a member of a committee in his capacity as a member of the Board or of any other body or as the holder of a particular appointment shall automatically cease to hold office if he ceases to be a member of the Board or that body or the holder of that appointment, as the case may be.
