Section 11B(4) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(4)After expiry of the aforesaid period of one month the Administrator shall, after hearing the applicant and the objectors, if any, and after making such further enquiry as he deems fit, make an order either rejecting the application or affecting any change in any entry made in the record-of-rights and shall serve each of the parties with a copy of the order so made.
