Section 6(1) in The Indian Cost Accounts Service Rules, 2015
(1)A person holding appointment to a grade in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Cost Accounts Service Rules, 2001, shall be deemed to have been appointed in the Service in that grade at the commencement of these rules.
