(b)not being amenable to the Articles of war takes or introduces, or attempts to take or introduce, any such spirits, liquors, drugs or preparations not belonging to any person above the rank of a non-commissioned officer,(i)into the barracks or buildings occupied by the troops composing the Garrison of Bombay or into any military barracks, guard-rooms or encampments, or(ii)on board or alongside of any vessel of war belonging to Government, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months, or with fine which may extend to three thousand rupees, or with both and such spirits, liquor, drugs or preparations and the vessels containing the same, shall be forfeited to the State Government.
