Mani, Advocate appearing on behalf of applicant argued that the applicant is the wife of employee of the Postal Department, who died on 21.8.2004.At the time of his death, he was working as temporary Group D employee. According to the learned counsel, Department has not sanctioned the family pension in favour of applicant despite repeated representations.
2. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the applicant dated 25.8.2004 in the light of order passed by the Tribunal in OA. No. 518/1996 dated 21.7.2000, within a period of 3 months. A copy of the aforesaid judgment may be supplied to the respondents by the applicant. Copy of the judgment is taken on record.
3. The O.A. is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
