Section 21(1) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(1)Ordinarily, two weeks 'notice shall be given to the members of the Central Advisory Committee of a proposed meeting:Provided that the Chairperson of such Committee, if he is satisfied that it is expedient to do so, may give notice of longer period for such meeting which shall not exceed one month.
