The attention of this Court is drawn towards the typographical error which took place in the order dated February 06, 2015 and the same are corrected as follows :‐
(i) The words "respondent no. 2" appearing in the 2nd line of 3rd paragraph in 2nd page is deleted and "Chief Commercial Manager, CCM, South Eastern Railway" is incorporated therein .
(ii) In the last line of 3rd paragraph in 2nd page of the above order the phrase "from today" i.e. February 19, 2015 is added after the work "fortnight".
The department is directed to take steps accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, subject to compliance with all necessary formalities.
