Section 1 in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016] [Substituted by Act 35 of 2018, s.2, for the words, 'the Moulvi Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016'.].(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh;(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
