(1)The Superintendence of and control over, the Armed Police shall vest in the State Government and the Armed Police shall be administered by the State government in accordance with the provisions of the Act and of any rules made thereunder through the Inspector General, or such Deputy Inspector General and other officers as the State Government may from time to time direct in this behalf.
