Section 30 in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
30. Certified copies of entries in books of societies.
- For the purpose of section 39 of the Act, copies of any entries referred to in that section may be certified by any officer of the society duly authorised in that behalf by the board of directors under the seal of the society.
