Section 183(g) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(g)store places are so constructed that: -(i)there is no risk of structural steel or prefabricated parts falling or overturning;(ii)storage conditions generally ensure stability and avoid damage having regard to the method of storage and atmospheric conditions; and(iii)racks are set on firm ground and designed so that unit cannot move accidentally in such store places;
