Section 8(c) in The Rajasthan Legal Assistance (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Rules, 1969
(c)A pleader engaged under these rules separately for each case shall submit monthly information showing progress of the cases to the Distt. Probation and Social Welfare Officer. Services of a pleader will be discontinued if his work is not found satisfactory or if he is found guilty of professional misconduct.
