(2)The Collector and Treasury Officer must see that licensed vendors do not unnecessarily harass the treasury staff by constant indents.Note. - Each licensed vendor who obtains stamps through the post, should despatch the necessary challan two days earlier than the remittance of the sale price by money orders. In addition, he shall enter on the money order coupon the purpose for which the remittance is being made. Failure to do so may entail a refusal of the remittance.
