(2)It shall be competent for a court, tribunal or other authority in the State of Andhra to order the commitment to, detention in, any of the jails and other institutions specified in the Eighth convicted and sentenced, or ordered to be detained therein, by such court, tribunal or other authority notwithstanding that such jail or institution is outside the State.
