Section 5(3) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(3)[ A member of the State Legislature while holding the office of a member of the Board shall not be entitled to receive any remuneration or allowance other than travelling allowance, daily allowance or such other allowance which is paid to the holder of such office for the purpose only of meeting the personal expenditure incurred in attending the meeting of the Board or in performing any other functions as holder of such office] [Sub-section (3) was added by Maharashtra 14 of 1971, Section 2(b).].
