Section 14 in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
14. Control by Managing Member.
- Subject to the regulations made by the Board, the Managing Member shall exercise supervision and control over the acts and proceedings of all the officers and employees of the Board. He shall discharge such other functions with regard to the officers and employees of the Board as may be specified in the regulations made by the Board.
