Section 24(1) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(1)The Chief Minister of the State of Jammu and Kashmir by virtue of his office shall be the Pro-Chancellor of [both the Universities.] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1998.]
