Section 19R(2)(e) in Inland Vessels Act, 1917

(e)prescribe, subject to the approval of the Central Government, the fees to be charged for the registration of inland [mechanically propelled vessel] [Substituted by Act 35 of 1977, Section 5, for " steam-vessel" (w.e.f. 1.5.1978).] or for any other action to be taken by the registering authority under this Chapter, and provide for the exemption of any person or class of persons from payment of the whole or any part of any such fees;
