Section 2(1)(ii) in Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Financial) Regulations, 2023

(ii)" Chief Financial Authority " means the Chief Executive Officer , Food Safety and Standards Authority of India in respect of the powers to be exercised under sub section 4 of section 10 of the Act;
