% 10.01.2020 Ms. Kamini Jaiswal, learned counsel for the Intervener has concluded her arguments.

The Amity Law School, Delhi shall respond to p p. 62, 730, 744, 764 of the paper book and 2028 of the Compilation, including but not limited to

i) non-grant of attendance for Anoogunj (the Sports Fest organized by I.P. University), ii) R.K. Tankha Memorial International Moot Court Competition 2016, in which the deceased had participated with the permission of the College; iii) he has not been granted 10 points for participating in extra-curricular activities such as Model United Nation (MUN) (sic), iv) he has not been granted 12 points for the Debating Society, of which he was the President, as well as, v) for his efforts in getting sponsorship for College Festival [Amity National Moot Court Competition (ANMCC)].

Mr. Harsh Kumar Sharma, the learned counsel for the Bar Council of India (BCI) seeks time to bring on record the list of senior lawyers, who have agreed to provide internship to law students, in terms of Rule 26 of Part-IV, Schedule-III of the Bar Council of India Rules. He assures the Court that henceforth, the Bar Council of India shall ensure that the arrangement and placement for Internship shall be ensured by the BCI and by the law school itself and the students will not be required to make arrangements for their internships at Regulatory Bodies, Government Organization, Law firms, Advocates, etc., on their own.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) shall also furnish the details, as to how they ensure that the minimum prescribed number of classes which are required to be held by the Law Schools for students in each Semester are actually held, in terms of Rule 10 of Part-IV of the Bar Council of India Rules.
