28.
All meetings of the Wards Committee shall be open to the public:Provided that the Chairperson may, and at the request of the Wards Committee shall, in any particular case, for reasons to be recorded in minutes book kept under Rule 36 direct that the public generally, or any particular person, shall withdraw.
