Section 12(1) in Telangana Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968
(1)The Council may, from time to time, appoint one or more special committees, each consisting of:-(a)not less than three members of the Council who shall be elected by the Council.(b)Two such other persons not being members of the Council as the Council may nominate.
