- The Government shall make rule for the regulation, control and discipline of police.Provided that by the time a new Police Law under this Act is enacted, the existing Bihar and Orissa Arms Police Act, 1933 and Police Law and existing articles, regulations, notifications order and circulars shall remain in effect as if enacted in this Act.
