33. Payment that can be accepted without permission.
- An employee may receive award for any essay or public competition or income derived from literary, cultural or artistic efforts or scale of book written by him with the aid of knowledge acquired by him during the course of service under the Market Committee provided it is certified by the [Director] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 10(28) Agriculture/Group-II/78, dated 7.6.1980-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 7.6.1980, p. 85, dated 7.6.1980.] that such book is not a compilation of Market Committee Rules regulations and procedures.[33A.
