2. The learned counsel for the appellants sent a letter dated 07.08.2023 to the Registry along with Death Certificates of the appellants 1, 4 and 5, whereunder, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".
