Section 16(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)If the number of such candidates is less than the number of vacancies all such candidates shall be declared to be duly elected and the Election Officer shall call upon the constituency to fill the remaining vacancies, as the case may be, in accordance with election programme notified under rule 8.
