(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the procedure for the retirement of members under section 6;(b)the disqualifications for continuing as a member of the Commission;(c)the terms and conditions of service of members of the Commission;(d)the terms and conditions of service of employees appointed by the Commission;(e)the additional functions which may be performed by the Commission under clause (j) of section 12;(f)the returns and information which are to be furnished by Universities in respect of their financial position or standards of, teaching and examination maintained therein;(g)the inspection of Universities;(h)the form and manner in which the budget and reports are to be prepared by the Commission;(i)the manner in which the accounts of the Commission are to be maintained;(j)the form and manner in which returns or other information are to be furnished by the Commission to the Central Government;(k)any other matter which has to be, or may be, prescribed.
