(2)The Selection Committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall consist of -(a)the Chief Secretary to the State Government,(b)a member of the State Public Service Commission, nominated by the Chairman of the said Commission, and(c)a person of repute having not less than twenty years experience in public administration.
