Section 20(1) in Tamil Nadu Handicraft Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006
(1)If registered manual worker dies naturally, the Secretary or any other officer authorised in this behalf by the Board shall pay a sum of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to the nominee of the deceased registered manual worker.
