Section 84(1) in The Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act, 2016
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), the State Government may, if consider necessary in the public interest, for the purposes of trial of all or any of the offences under this Act, either appoint or designate in every District of the State, Special Court(s) in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court.
