Section 221(3) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)In cases of imminent danger the Council shall have power without giving notice to demolish such portion of the building or structure as is likely to endanger the life or property of the inhabitants of such or of any neighbouring building or the life of the passers by.
