Section 6(2) in The Orissa Minimum Wages Rules, 1954
(2)(i)The Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Committee or the Board, as the case may be. He may attend the meetings of such Committee or Board but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings.(ii)The Secretary shall assist the Chairman in convening meetings and shall keep a record of the minutes of such meetings and shall take necessary measures to carry out the decision of the Committee or the Board, as the case may be.
