The case was taken up on a mention made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The only reason why we entertained this petition, which otherwise pertains to SARFEASI and is not maintainable, is that the Presiding Officer of the DRT was stated to be not available today and the auction has been fixed for today.

3. Upon notice, Mr. Kulbhushan Khajuria, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-bank and .
states that no bidder has come forward in the auction held by the respondent-bank today.
4. Obviously, in such circumstances, the writ petition as filed, assailing the auction notice, has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such, so also the pending applications, if any.
