Section 26(3) in The (Central Provinces and Berar) Debt Conciliation Act, 1933
(3)In making any rule the State Government may direct that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees, and, where the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to ten rupees for everyday after the first during which the breach has been persisted in.
