Section 45BB in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
45BB. [ Compassionate payment on account of injury. [Substituted vide Notification No. 21330-8F(W)-34/2002 dated 26.12.2002 O.G.E.No. 57 dated 10.1.2003.]
- Injury caused to human being by the Wild animals specified in Rule 45-AA within a forest area or within a belt of five kilometers from the limit, thereof there shall be made compassionate payment of such amount as specified in the Schedule below on production of Medical Certificate duly countersigned by the concerned Chief District Medical Officer with regard to injury.
