1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [18th October, 2010, vide notification No. S.O 2569(E), dated 18th October, 2010] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
