Section 3 in The Haryana Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1979
3. Qualification.
- The minimum qualification for recruitment of various classes of employees shall be such as may, from time to time, be laid down by the University concerned :Provided that the qualification of an existing employee at the commencemnt of this Act shall not be varied to his disadvantage.
