409. Indenting officer to be warned that full hire is to be paid.
- The Indenting officer should be warned to the effect that full hire is to be paid from the date on which the carriage is engaged by the Collector to the date on which it is discharged, and that no reductions are allowed in cases of halts or on account of demurrage rates.
