Section 63B(7) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(7)The policy shall be made widely known to all workers including contract workers, apprentices, trainees, transport workers, apprentices, trainees, transport workers, suppliers etc. by-(a)making copies available to them;(b)displaying copies of the policy at conspicuous places; and(c)any other means of communication in a language understood by the majority of workers.
