Section 69(4)(i) in The Geographical Indications Of Goods (Registration And Protection) Rules, 2002

(i)Where a registered proprietor makes a request under sub-rule (1), (2) or (3), he shall serve a copy of the request on the authorised user or users, if any, and inform the Registrar accordingly.
