Section 47(1) in Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate any power (except the power of making rules) exercisable by it under this Act or rules made thereunder to the Director in such case and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in such notification.
