Section 14(3) in Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(3)The Chancellor shall preside over the meetings of the Governing Body and shall preside over the convocation of the University for conferring degrees, diplomas or other academic distinctions and in his absence by any other member of the Governing Body nominated by it.
