ORDER (ORAL)
By Mr. V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) On 10.04.2019, Shri Gyanendra Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that matters in this batch are liable to be dismissed in terms of the orders of 41 OA 2767/2017 with 15 other OAs the Hon'ble Apex Court in an identical matter in Union of India and Others vs. K.V. Rama Raju & Others in Civil Appeal No.1350/2018 and batch, dated 30.01.2018. However, as there was no representation for the applicants in any of these O.As., we deferred passing of the orders on the said date.
2. Again today also, there is no representation for the applicants, even on the revised call.
3. In the circumstances and since this batch of O.As. are covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in K.V. Rama Raju and Others (supra), all the O.As. are dismissed in terms of the said judgment. Pending MAs, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
