Section 7(12)(b) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(b)All cases allowed by the Council shall be forwarded with all connected papers to the State Government for their approval. Recognition will be granted by the Council on receipt of the approval of the State Government.
