However, it appears that the registry has been totally oblivious while listing the case before this Bench in view of the order already passed on 12.7.2016, whereby one of us (Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan) has recused to hear this case.
In the given circumstances, let registry place the instant case before an appropriate bench after obtaining necessary orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
