Section 250 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
250. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the State Commission or any officer of the State Commission for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this chapter or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
