13. Accounts and audit.
(1)The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form and manner as may be prescribed.(2)The accounts of the Commission shall be audited by such auditor and at such intervals as may be prescribed.(3)The auditor shall have such powers of requiring the production of books, accounts, connected vouchers and other documents and papers and for inspecting any of the offices of the Commission as may be prescribed.
