Section 2 in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Energy Certificate and Renewable Purchase Obligation Compliance Framework) Regulations, 2010
2. Scope of Regulations and Extent of Application.
- These Regulations shall apply to "Obligated Entities" mentioned in RERC (Renewable Energy Obligation) Regulations, 2007 as may be modified from time to time, the existing obligated entities being:(1)Distribution Licensee including deemed licensee.(2)Open access consumer.(3)Captive consumer of a Captive Power Plant of installed capacity one MW and above.
