Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Every appeal under sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Act shall be preferred in the form of a memorandum signed by the aggrieved person and presented to the Appellate Officer in person or sent to him by registered post.
