Section 5 in Homoeopathy Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975
5. Returning Officer to hold the elections.
- The Returning Officer shall call upon persons enrolled on the State Register of Homoeopathy to elect such number of members, as is determined by the Central Government under clause (a) of sub-section(1) of Section 3.
